Summary:
The new VT-110 Instant Animal
Ear Thermometer has been developed to be more cost-effective than previous
animal ear thermometers. The VT-110 measures "core" body temperature
from the ear in just one second. Clinical data has demonstrated that the
VT-110 correlates closely to rectal temperature measurements. This new
thermometer has been designed for "lighter" use in a professional
veterinary setting. As compared to the existing VT-100, the new VT-110
ear thermometer has been engineered for approximately half the lifetime,
which is sufficient for several years in low and medium volume veterinary
practices.
