Kevin R. Vasquez
Chairman, President and CEO
Kevin Vasquez has over 29 years of experience in the animal health industry and has led Butler Animal Health Supply as President and CEO since July of 2005. Prior to July 2005, Kevin was President & COO of The Butler Company. He joined Butler in 1999 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica where he had served as Vice President, Commercial Operations. Prior to his work with Boehringer Ingelheim, Kevin was Executive VP of Fermenta Animal Health from 1991-1995. He holds a BSBA in Marketing from Western Carolina University as well as a Masters of Science Degree in Business from Central Michigan University.

Leo E. McNeil
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Leo McNeil is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Butler Animal Health Supply since July 2005. Prior to July 2005, he had been with Butler for 28 years, serving in various positions within Butler in the area of finance. Leo is an Ohio State graduate with Accounting and MBA degrees. He is a Certified Public Accountant and prior to joining Butler he had 4 years of internal auditing experience at Nationwide Insurance Companies.

Kim Allen
President, Commercial Division
Kim Allen has been the President of the Commercial Division of Butler Animal Health Supply since July of 2005. Prior to July, 2005, Kim was the President of Burns Veterinary Supply for The Darby Group Companies. She has over 30 years in the veterinary distribution industry serving in various sales and marketing positions as well as senior executive. She has served on the Board of Directors of the American Veterinary Distributors Association for 14 years. She holds a B.S. in Animal Science from Rutgers University.

Fred Bravo
President, Operations Division
Fred Bravo has served Butler Animal Health Supply as its President of its Operations Division since July 2005. Prior to that Fred Bravo was the Vice President of Operations for The Butler Company. Fred came to Butler through the acquisition of VCA in 1994 where he served as President of the distribution arm of Hills Pet Products a division of Colgate Palmolive Company. He has been in the animal health industry his entire 40+ year career where he has served in a variety of capacities including Regional Manager in the Western Region for The Butler Company.

Jerry Savage
President, Technology Division
Jerry Savage has served Butler Animal Health Supply as its President of its Technology Division since July 2005. Prior to that Jerry Savage was Vice President of its eBusiness department for The Butler Company. Jerry has over 25 years experience in the Information Technology profession including experiences in software sales, consulting, business process improvement, software development, managing IT department’s infrastructure, global distribution systems development and implementations. Jerry has managed in the technology areas for JBA International, Sandvik Mining and Ryder System. Jerry has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Computer Science/Business-accounting applications and has completed post graduate programs at St. Thomas University in St. Paul, MN and Ohio State University.

Sally Baker
Executive Vice President - Human Resources
Sally Baker has been serving Butler Animal Health Supply as its Executive Vice President of Human Resources since July 2005. Prior to July 2005, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for The Butler Company. She joined The Butler Company in 1992. She has over 20 years experience in HR in the banking, telecommunications and distribution industries. Sally holds a Master’s degree in Management, Labor and Human Resources from Ohio State University.

Robert Miller
Vice President - Information Services
Bob Miller has been serving Butler Animal Health Supply as its Vice President of Information Services since July 2005. Prior to July of 2005, he was Vice President of Information Technology of The Butler Company. He came to Butler in 1999 from The Scotts Company and has 33 years experience in IT. During his career with Scotts, Bob worked in computer operations and programming. He managed data center operations, communication services (voice, data and video), help desk and PC support and networks and intranet development. Bob is a graduate of Ohio State University.

Tony Johnson
Vice President - Sales
Tony Johnson has been serving Butler Animal Health Supply as its Vice President of Sales. Prior to July of 2005, Tony Johnson had been with The Butler Company for 16 years serving the company in a variety of capacities as a warehouse associate, territory manager, district manager, and regional manager. Tony holds an agribusiness degree from the University of Tennessee.

Davey Stone
Vice President - Marketing & Sales Services
Davey Stone has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing functions within the veterinary distribution market. He came to Butler via the acquisition of Durr Medical’s veterinary division in 1997 where he served as director of sales and marketing. He was promoted to his current position in October 1999 and hails from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Davey has served on the Board of Directors of the American Veterinary Distributors Association and VEDCO. Davey has had a lifelong interest in the veterinary industry since his father was a veterinary practitioner and dairy farm owner in north Alabama.

Ben Coe
Vice President - Business Development
Ben Coe is has been serving Butler Animal Health as its Vice President of Business Development since July 2005. Prior to joining Butler Animal Health, Ben was the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Burns Veterinary Supply. Ben has been involved in the animal health distribution industry since 1971. He has held various positions including animal health technician, Sales Training Manager, and Director of Sales. Ben has a B.S. in Marketing Management and sits on the Board of Directors of the American Veterinary Distributors Association.

Tom Rogan
Vice President - Purchasing
Tom Rogan began in his role as Vice President of Purchasing in our Operations Division in July of 2005. Prior to July 2005, Tom was with the Darby Group Companies and Burns Veterinary Supply for 25 years. He held a variety of positions including branch manager, director or purchasing and vice president of purchasing. He holds a B.A. in Communications from the State University of New York, New Paltz.

Vice President - Finance
Ed Thomas has been serving Butler Animal Health Supply as its Vice President and Corporate Controller since May 2007. Prior to May 2007, he served as Controller for Butler Animal Health Supply since 2005 and The Butler Company from 1993 to July 2005. Ed came to Butler from The ChemLawn Corporation where he served in a variety of capacities including Financial Reporting Manager and Assistant Controller. He has over 25 years experience in accounting and finance in the distribution and service industries. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
